Harlow Innovation Park wellbeing study launch

26 April 2021

VINCI UK Developments are delighted to be launching our call for participants in our mental and physical health wellbeing research study with Lifeproven Wellbeing Property Consultancy and Dr Brendan Stubbs.

We are inviting all Harlow Innovation Park local residents and staff who live, work and spend their time in and around the Park to participate anonymously in a new online research study which will investigate how facilitated physical activity can improve the health and wellbeing of the community.
By taking part, not only will you have an opportunity to enhance your personal physical and mental health, but you will
help us to understand:

  • How physical activity influences
the physical & mental health of
a community
  • How physical activity influences the physical & mental health of employees in the workplace
  • What exercise programs & support
are best & most engaging for the Harlow community
  • How the design of the Innovation Park influences the physical activity patterns of the local community

The study will be open for all Harlow Innovation Park local residents and staff who live, work and spend their time in and around the immediate area.

You can register anonymously at www.lifeproven.co.uk/harlow from the

5 April 2021 and will require you to record your physical activity patterns over a
12 week period.
